• Built on solid granite; 60,500 sq. ft.; 125 ft. above sea level, negligble risk of flooding.
• Can withstand up to 250 kph winds, and earthquakes to 9.5 (long wave) on the Richter scale, and still perform as a post disaster loaction. Engineers have included a 1.5 impotance factor , requiring an force of 13 on the Ritcher scale to destroy the facility.
• Contains 20,000 sq. ft. of bunker style vaults, set in solid rock, with most modern security devices available, with ample room for ready rooms, hot sites and emergency command centres, with access to remote data storage.
• Emergency access via roof-top helipad, and 5 road access ensure timely recovery in most conditions.
• Environmental monitoring and maintenence to minimize media degradation
